This is my favorite verse because we can always rely on our Father to love and guide us despite our mistakes or shortcomings. We can always take our thoughts and cares to Him, who faithfully loves and guides us at all times. The extent of His love and grace amazes me!

There is a lot of enthusiasm and excitement in our 1st-grade classroom. We have a busy day as we aim to develop foundational skills (reading and writing) to prepare for higher learning. We begin each day with circle time, during which we always welcome each other, cite our weekly memory verse, and pray. We also read many books, sing songs, and engage in a lot of dialogue to foster the love of language and learning. 

In math, we explore numbers and concepts through multiple senses, using hands-on approaches and finding creative solutions. In Science, we learn about many interesting scientific phenomena and explore them through experiments and inquiry. Social Studies helps us to learn about important people, places, and values. 

Most importantly, Bible helps us put God at the center of everything we learn. It also guides our students' behaviors, self-discipline, and management of their relationships with friends and conflicts.
